It was only a matter of time before someone set it all out there in plain form like Twisted Envy Rhineston has done. I am, by no means, a grammar expert, and unless you're a student of mine I wouldn't dream of correcting your grammar, (Just look at this run-on sentence of mine, for example) but I do so love this mug. No doubt, you could trace back through this blog and find every single one of these errors here or there but I promise I do my best not to make them. The one that drives me batty is number eleven. Which one makes you crazy? This shop has more to offer than this mug but it's clearly going to be the crowd favourite.

If you live with a little crafter, like I do, you are used to tripping over art supplies as you maneuver around your home. There isn't a room in this house that isn't adorned with kid creations and we like it that way. The only trouble with having a little Picasso at home is you quickly run out of ideas to keep their creative juices flowing.
The Doodle Post has solved that problem with a year-long subscription to these little packs full of art projects to keep her entertained and more importantly, busy! Every child loves getting mail, so give them the gift that gives all year long and subscribe to The Doodle Post. You'll also be getting your charity on because a portion of all proceeds go to supporting art programs for kids. Maybe you have the luxury of wearing these on the odd occasion when it's frigid outside, but I live in Canada and trapper hats are a regular part of our wardrobe. It's just fortunate for us that they also happen to be at the height of fashion right now. Made By Adam is the shop where you can fulfill all of your trendy winter hat needs. Adam, the artist, makes all of these designer hats by hand. They are luxuriously soft and finely made by an artist with an eye for detail and a touch of perfectionism, I should think. I wonder if he would ever consider making parkas? If you're like me and right now and you're sitting in front of the fire with your blanket wrapped around you and your mug of comfort in your hand, because it is well below zero outside, then you might want to order this one or this one. If you live in a warmer climate and you're searching your closet for a warm sweater because it's 64 degrees and you feel an unseasonable chill you can order this one or this one and don't tell me about your "cool" weather, because I won't be the least bit sympathetic. ;) If you are stirring your coffee or your bailey's with a spoon you are doing it all wrong! I just found chocolate on a stick! It's gourmet and handmade, and the greatest invention ever. The Ticket Kitchen of San Francisco makes these divine little sticks of chocolate that are perfect to dip in hot water to make a mug of hot chocolate or to dip in a little Bailey's to make a mug of perfection. The shop boasts a few other decadent desserts but I'll let you explore that on your own. Want some? I'll share. 'Like' this post on Facebook or comment below to be entered. This contest closes in twenty-four hours. It's no secret that I am part of the Netflix stream team. I write about my favorite shows on Netflix and they give me a free membership and really cool gifts to share with my friends. It's kind of a sweet deal for me. I could pretend and try to surreptitiously sneak in posts about Netflix but in the interest of full disclosure, I am getting perks for talking about it and I enjoy that very much. I like to think you know me and trust me and know that I would never pretend to like something for swag. I only write about things I adore and I have turned down far more companies that I have accepted for this products we love page. I just wanted to tell you about my most recent Netflix delivery. My children and I were treated to an advanced showing of All Hail King Julien (You remember him, right? The guy who celebrated Julianuary in Madagascar). The kids loved it, of course. Along with the V.I.P. viewing of All Hail King Julien we received a few free one-year memberships to Netflix to give away. There is even one for Grandma (so she can stop calling me and asking what channel Netflix is on, seriously) You know how much I love to give things away! So, like this post on Facebook or comment below and you'll be entered to win! If you're going to get your pets a little something for Christmas this year, and we know you are, why don't you skip the squeaky toys and pig ears and treat them to something that will class up your decor. Check out these sleep pet dishes from Drip Module. Drip Module is our new goto for pet dishes because Mr. Bill Bailey and Oakley deserve the best. Do you have a little fur friend that could use these sleekly designed pet dishes? It's not too late, so go ahead; order a little something with form and function for your pets this Christmas. Are you a dirty girl? I'm sorry, I hate myself right now, but as if I could write this post without asking.
Finally, a high-end, handmade in Canada luxury soap. I am not kidding when I say this soap is so scrumptious looking I have to remind myself not to eat it. The company name is brilliant and the soap is divine. I'm tired of ooey gooey liquid crap that's mostly water, anyway. I am ready for the good stuff. The Waterford Girl by The Dirty Girl Soap Company came through for us in a big way. I have a lot of luxurious soap to give away so please like this post on Facebook or comment below so I can enter your name in a draw. I'd keep it all, but nobody is that dirty ;). How would you like to win a prize from our favourite store ever? Paddington Station is the sweetest toy store east of Montreal and it's where we do all of our Christmas shopping. The girls will have brand new outfits to wear on Christmas Day sitting under the tree and a few special toys, too. We visit every Sunday, religiously and while the girls (and Oakley) play in the play area, I shop to my heart's content. Clare, the kind owner, would like to offer you a chance to win this take along dollhouse. Wanna know a secret? Clare sent me home with the prize so I could reward one of you lovely people and Kate went absolutely bananas for it. Try as I might, I could not get her to stop perseverating on this prize. So, in typical 'mom of the year' fashion I gave in to her tantrum/meltdown and awarded her the house Clare gave me with strict instructions to my husband to go directly to Paddington Station on Monday morning and buy another. If you're wondering why I gave in, I can give you reasons like exhaustion or guilt but the truth is I wanted to play with it, too. Did I just teach Kate that if she screams long enough I will give in to her demands? Yes, yes I did. You just let me deal with that. For now we are playing on the living room carpet with our new take along dollhouse and I've just realized this little beauty can go right in the car with us and entertain Miss Kate wherever we go. Maybe Kate was right, maybe she did "NEED DIS!". Paddington Station has far more to offer than I can feature here, so stop in and tell them Kate sent you. If you're lucky maybe she'll ring your purchase in someday because they often let her behind the counter to ring in ours. Back to the business at hand. If you'd like to win a playhouse just like Kate's please 'Like' Paddington Station on Facebook to be entered. We'll add your name to the draw and the winner will be drawn Tuesday December 9, 2014. Good Luck! I told you we love to spend time here. Some of you may have seen photos I have shared of Miss Grace in her new high-fashion hat from New York. Ever since we took her to NYC last year she is obsessed with all things New York, and rightly so. This little one appreciates the finer things in life and Hat Hat Baby can provide them. I cannot tell you how many people have stopped us to compliment Grace on her designer hat. See her picture below to see just how fierce she feels when she wears it. Mariya, the prolific designer, uses, among other things, wool, cashmere, silk and even baby alpaca fur (relax, no alpacas were hurt) in her creations. Do you have a little one that could use a divine little hat for the Christmas season? Please 'like' this post on Facebook or comment below to be entered. This contest closes in twenty four hours.
